Mid - senior level media sales executive Work for one of the top media owners in South Africa, huge growth opportunity and financial rewards Position is to sell across three of the groups top performing companies Please do not apply if you don't have the below experience. If you have an absolute minimum of 5 - 10years media sales experience and have a fantastic relationship with both clients direct and agencies, we would love to hear from you. Print and out of home media sales experience would be an advantage. We need to see you have a solid sales track record. Requirements Great knowledge of agencies and direct clients Maintain and grow our existing client base Identify, establish and maintain new clients Identify and research the match between clients and our medium Identify suitable opportunities that meet client objectives Build sound client relationships Provide excellent after sales service to secure repeat business Meet targets Work well in a team environment. Good presentation skills Ability to handle difficult or confrontational situations professionally Ability to identify and/or research sales opportunities for the client Professional and articulate, with strong interpersonal skills Good numeric skills Committed to the attainment of set targets Liaise at all levels Computer literate Not looking for an order taker Advantageous Good knowledge of print/out of home Personal skills/attributes Presentable Enthusiastic/passionate about cinema and/or sales Hard working Honest Proactive and self motivated Team player but display leadership qualities Competitive Go-getter Details Remuneration: R15000 - R22500 p/m basic plus commission + guaranteed comm for threemonths City: Durban Education level: Matric Job level: Mid Own transport required: Yes Travel requirement: Often Type: Permanent Reference #OOH DBN Sa Contact details Nick Patrick Changing Lanes Recruitment sales@changinglanes.co.za
